1. SCOPE OF INVESTIGATION

Solution Seekers agrees to provide custom website development, UI/UX design, e-commerce engineering, and search engine optimization services as specified in the agreed-upon project case brief.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon final payment and case sign-off, all custom code, database structures, graphic elements, and content created specifically for the client belong exclusively to the client.

3. CODE CRAFTSMANSHIP & WARRANTY

We warrant that all web applications produced follow modern PHP 8+, MySQL 8+, standards-compliant HTML5/CSS3/Vanilla JS, zero framework bloat, and prepared PDO security specifications.
